Rick H. Ott
Rick Ott is a seasoned audio/visual professional with over 50 years of experience in live sound, recording, and event production. His passion for sound began in childhood and transformed into a full-time career after renting his sound system for a Florida State University in the late 1970s. Self-taught, Rick has adapted to industry changes and now excels in sound, lighting, video, and production logistics for various events across the Southeast. As the owner of Ropp Performance & Production, he is committed to quality, innovation, and mentoring the next generation of production professionals.
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Alison Riling-Bourbeau
Alison, originally from Miami and now Tallahassee, combines her creative and educational background with a Bachelor's in Music Education and a Master's in Music Therapy. For the past four years, she has focused on social media management, branding, and website development to enhance organizations' online presence. At Rick Ott Performance & Production, she aids in marketing strategies digital communications, and event coordination for successful results for the company. Fun fact: her husband is an A/V specialist, keeping her informed about the technical side of the industry.

Phoenix Gibson
Phoenix Gibson, based in Tallahassee, FL, has over 15 years of experience in live production, focusing on logistics, security, and IT/networking. He specializes in Front of House engineering, with expertise in live video production, system design, and lighting, working in corporate AV, music festivals, and church production. A self-taught professional, Phoenix values reliability, teamwork, and problem-solving, and enjoys collaborating with Rick Ott Performance & Production for their client-first approach and family-like atmosphere.
