Skill Levels Available

We understand every event has different staffing needs. That’s why we offer three tiers of experience for each role:

• Entry-Level / Support Staff – minimal specialized training, supervised tasks, basic setup/tear down.

• Mid-Level / Experienced Techs – 2–5 years of experience, can operate systems independently and troubleshoot.

• Specialist / Lead Engineers – 5+ years of experience, able to design/lead shows, oversee operations, and manage teams.
